The procedure:<\/strong><\/h6>\n

  1. Brush your teeth well and use dental floss before each treatment.<\/li>\n
  2. Put a drop of the product in the front of each tray.<\/li>\n
  3. Put the tray in your mouth. If there is too much product in the tray, remove the excess so that it does not come in contact with your gums.<\/li>\n
  4. Take out the trays and rinse your mouth. Clean the trays well (you can use a toothbrush).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    You can wear the trays:<\/strong><\/h6>\n

    Overnight treatment<\/u><\/p>\n

      \n
    • All night<\/li>\n
    • Three hours a day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Daytime treatment<\/u><\/p>\n

        \n
      • 2 x 30 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        *If you experience tooth sensitivity, put some Sensodyne in the trays and wear them for 5 to 30 minutes any time before or after the treatment. This should be done 30 minutes before your whitening treatment.<\/p>\n

        DURING THE HOUR FOLLOWING THE TREATMENT, AVOID SMOKING AND DRINKING COFFEE OR RED WINE AS THESE PRODUCTS STAIN TEETH.<\/strong><\/p>\n
